Your slabs finally get the love they deserve!

Slabbed makes the tops of slabs act like solid ground. You can place blocks or items on them perfectly every time while retaining their functionality. Items can be chained for the ultimate slab-tower! As of 0.1.2-alpha, you can now hang most items underneath top slabs too!! Chain your chains and throw a lantern on the end! Hang roots! Dripstones hang and chain! Hang your glowberries! Your bells! Expand your dreams with Slabbed🌈✨☁️

🚧 Slabbed is in wee baby alpha development! Back up your worlds before installing!

✅ Supported (alpha)

• Lanterns (standing & hanging), torches, signs, item frames
• Beds (either half on a slab offsets both halves)
• Double / tall blocks
• Rails (flat & sloped) and minecart alignment
• Wall-mounted blocks (signs, banners, hanging signs, torches)
• Redstone dust, chains, iron bars, lecterns, crafting tables, bookshelves, fences...
• Trapdoors, pressure plates, carpet, levers, buttons...
• Chain stacks and general block-entity offset

⚠️ Known issues

• Rail slope transitions (full block ↔ slab) can look awkward.
• Stairs have some visual quirks at the moment, including missing textures in some orientations.
• Visual polish is ongoing!
• Still a lot to be done for block placement on and between slabs.
• Lantern placement not perfect (yet!).

🧭 Alpha roadmap

• Expand support category-by-category (blocks between slabs, stairs corrections, etc.)
• Tighten strict visuals and selection boxes
• Improve rail slope transitions and stair edge cases
• Dusting bunnies 🧹🐇
