About
how the mod works:
- craft the Tool Leveling Table
- put an enchantable item in the big middle slot
- place enough Enchanted Books in the left slots (by default at least 4 books)
- bookshelfs around the table increase the chance of success
- special items in the right slots will result in more and higher level enchantments
- press "Upgrade"
