All your apocalyptic essentials bundled into one high-quality mod.
Essential Apocalypse is designed as an all-in-one mod that adds a ton of modern and post apocalyptic themed items, equipment and more.
Inspired by some apocalyptic games like Dying Light, DayZ, and State of Decay, if you need to spice up your world with some grittier gear, Essential Apocalypse has got you covered.
WEAPONS

These weapons can be crafted in game, and add a flair of apocalyptic equipment to your world! More are on the way.
GRENADES

Essential Apocalypse includes 6 grenades: frag grenades, smoke grenades, artillery barrage grenades, missile grenades, supply drop grenades, and gas grenades. These are all very effective tools for area denial, targeted strikes, stocking up on supplies, or just blowing things up!
CURIOS ITEMS

Curios is required for this mod to run, as it helps add a few key features. The handcuffs can be used to restrain players, and access their inventory, and the burlap sack can be used to limit their vision. Right-click and hold on a player with either item to apply it to them. The bandana, ski mask, and balaclava will hide your username when worn - perfect for ambushes, following others while undetected, or disguising in general. And sunglasses just look cool, so who wouldn't want those?
LOOT CRATES

Loot crates are a more multiplayer friendly alternative to barrels and chests, as they can cause server lag when in large quantities, and these can be easily refilled with worldedit.
Loot tables can be edited if you download the default loot table datapack from Github: ESAP Default Loot Datapack
Right clicking a loot crate selects drops from its loot table, and spits them out in the direction it faces. Then it changes to an 'opened' variant, and cannot be looted again until it has been refilled with commands or by hand.
WHAT'S NEXT?
I'm currently working on more weapons, adding armour, food, and overall more mechanics. New versions releasing soon, but as of now - enjoy the apocalypse!
