Description
Amethyst reforged items is a datapack/mod who adds new items made from amethyst to give it more usefulness.
I'm trying to make this datapack/mod as vanilla friendly as possible. This is just the beginning; further additions may come later in future updates.

For the datapack version, the resource pack is needed. For Fabric version FabricAPI is needed.

Amethyst apple
When eaten, clears blindness and darkness effects and gives regeneration and speed. If you have glowing, clears the glowing effect, spreads glowing around the player, and gives invisibility.

Enchanted amethyst apple
When eaten, gives a custom effect Light shield. As long as the player has absorption effect, gives glowing, night vision, and immunity to darkness and blindness. When an entity hits a player with Light shield, it has a chance to give glowing and weakness.

Amethyst arrow
Has natural piercing and higher damage.

Enchanted echo shard apple
When eaten, has a small charging time and the player can perform a sonic boom like the warden. (With the gamerule mob_griefing false, the sonic boom won't break blocks)
