When your health drops to a critical level, your body's natural fight-or-flight response kicks in, giving you a temporary burst of superhuman abilities.

✨ Features 💓 Immersive Heartbeat Audio: Hear your heart thumping as the world around you goes quiet. The mod dynamically isolates player sounds while muffling the environment to create a "tunnel hearing" effect.

🔴 Cinematic Visuals: A pulsating red vignette closes in on your vision, accompanied by rising heart particles to signal your state of rage.

🚀 Hyper-Reflexes (Time Warp): Experience the world in "fast-forward." Your movement speed is massively increased, and your attack speed is doubled, allowing for lightning-fast strikes.

🗡️ Combat Boost: Gain a temporary strength increase (+3 damage) to help you fight your way out of a corner.

🏃 Dynamic Speed Control: The speed boost is smart. You get a slight buff while walking to maintain control, but sprinting triggers the "Hyper-Speed" mode with extreme FOV distortion.

⚖️ Fair Mechanics: To prevent spamming, the adrenaline rush only triggers once per engagement. You must heal back up before you can experience the rush again.
