During MINECON 2015, the Scrolls MINECON Open featured in-game items and other prizes, including this cape in Minecraft. As of 30 September 2015, it is no longer possible to earn this cape. To celebrate the release of Scrolls, all players were temporarily displayed with this cape on 11-12 December 2014. However, it was not added to their accounts.
