Adds multiple ways to display nearby players' health, with an optional whitelist.

Text display: a HUD element displaying a list of players and their health. Has configurable colours, size and position, text alignment, sorting and more. Widget uses Njol's UI Framework, allowing you to move it by holding ctrl key while the chat is open.

Glowing display: replaces players' glowing colour with a custom one, corresponding to their current health. Players in a whitelist have glowing force-applied client side.

Adding and removing players to the whitelist is done by left-clicking on them while holding a special keybind (configurable, G by default).
